This day retreat is designed to introduce you to self-awareness for both emotional regulation and creative expression.
Our belief system can subconsciously create self-imposed limitations. The relationship one has with one's thoughts can be expressed and analyzed through creative art in combination wiht the art of self-awareness.
This multi-step process allows you to examine and individually explore your thoughts, words, and feelings through mindful awareness and creativity.
You will be guided through meditation and invited to create your unique collage art through self-awareness and intuition.
